Telegram is the simplest channel to operate: there is no message window and no template approval.

Website chat (web chat)

The web chat embeds service into your own website:

  1. Configure the channel in Settings → Channels.
  2. Copy the embed code and paste it into your website.
  3. The visitor talks to the same Inbox, the same contact history, and the same queues.

It is the channel that doesn't depend on an external provider: a widget on the site and the conversation enters agents2.me.

SMS

SMS enters through the provider configured in the hub:

  • sending and receiving text;
  • no media;
  • ideal for short notices and verification outside messaging apps.

TikTok

Announced as coming soon. The platform still doesn't offer the necessary public messaging API, so the channel appears in the list, but without active endpoints.

Choosing the right channel

  1. Does the customer already use WhatsApp? Start with it: that's where the customer is.
  2. Service from your website? Web chat, without depending on a provider.
  3. Short, far-reaching notice? SMS.
  4. Technical community? Telegram.

A workspace can have several channels active at the same time, each with its own default queue.
