Settings
The settings are grouped in the user menu, in the bottom-left corner of the app. What appears depends on your profile's permissions.
Map of the screens
| Group | Screens |
|---|---|
| Company | General data, company features (accounts, opportunities, CX Score), entity names |
| People | Users, profiles and permissions, login restrictions by IP |
| Support | Queues, channels, AI agents per channel, templates |
| Data | Custom fields, tags, contact sources, opportunity stages |
| Integrations | chatt2.me Hub, ad tracking, webhooks |
| Account | Personal profile, language, time zone, password, and MFA |
The editing pattern
The editing and creation screens share the same behavior:
- You change the fields — nothing is applied on the spot.
- A bottom bar shows "N unsaved changes" (or New user, New profile… when it is a creation).
- Save applies everything at once; Cancel discards.
- Toggling a switch and returning to the original state does not count as a change.
- Confirmations required by a change only appear when there is something to confirm.
This applies even to feature switches — turning "accounts" on and off before saving changes nothing in the workspace.
Company features
Some modules are optional features, enabled per company:
- Accounts and opportunities — the B2B side of the CRM. Without them, the corresponding screens and MCP tools disappear.
- CX Score — evaluation of finished conversations by AI.
- Agents Chat — internal team conversations (DMs and #groups) inside the Inbox.
- Ad tracking — site code and links for Google ads; Meta ads need no setup.
Turning on a feature that requires migration opens the confirmation at the moment of saving — and only when there is something to migrate.
Entity names
In Entity names you rename the product's labels to the company's vocabulary: calling "Contacts" "Clients", "Opportunities" "Deals". The label changes everywhere — menu, screens, filters, and reports.
Multilingual
The app is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and each user chooses their own language. Dates, numbers, and time zones follow the user's setting, not the workspace's.
