Accounts and opportunities
agents2.me brings a mini-CRM with the two classic sales objects: accounts (companies) and opportunities (deals in progress).
Accounts and opportunities are company features and can be turned off. When turned off, the sections disappear from the menu, the screens don't appear, and the corresponding MCP tools stop existing for the workspace.
Accounts
An account represents the customer company. Each account has:
- registration data (name, document, address, phone);
- an owner — the person responsible for the relationship;
- linked contacts;
- linked opportunities;
- its own custom fields.
Available actions: create, view, search, edit, transfer the owner, and delete.
Opportunities
An opportunity is a deal under negotiation. It belongs to a sales cycle and moves through stages.
| Property | Role |
|---|---|
| Value | Negotiated amount |
| Stage | Position in the funnel (Prospecting, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost…) |
| Cycle | Set of stages the opportunity follows |
| Owner | Responsible salesperson |
| Account / contact | Who the deal is being done with |
| Expected close | Expected date for the outcome |
The sales cycle is configurable: each company defines its own stages and the order in which they appear.
Funnel stages
The stages live in Settings → Opportunity stages:
- Create a stage with a name and order.
- Reorder the cycle's stages.
- Edit or delete stages that are no longer used.
Stage changes are immediate for the whole workspace — unlike the usual editing screens, which wait for Save.
Owners and transfer
Every account and every opportunity has an owner. Owner transfer is an explicit record: it stays in the object's history and can be done in bulk by the API and MCP.
Views
The list screens (contacts, accounts, opportunities, conversations, users, channels) use views: you choose the columns, apply filters with operators and combinable logic, define the sorting, and save the combination with a name. The same view can be reused by the team and run by an assistant via MCP, respecting each role's permissions.
Reports
Accounts and opportunities can be analyzed by the reports and by the Report Builder, with groupings, subtotals, and per-column aggregation functions.
