August 2026

The month service became real: the channels came in, the Inbox gained media and WhatsApp started working with approved templates.

25/08/2026 — Convert into contact and reopen by template

New: the two bridges that were missing between service and CRM.

  • Convert into contact with search for duplicates by phone, link to an existing record and quick creation.
  • WhatsApp template to reopen the conversation when the 24 h window has closed, with a choice of template and filling in of variables.
  • Mirror of the hub templates in agents2.me, with daily synchronization and a sync-now button.

23/08/2026 — Queue distribution

New: the queue started distributing by itself, with auditable rules.

  • Automatic (by rotation) and manual modes, with capacity per agent respected.
  • Rotation state preserved on every assignment, so as not to repeat an agent.
  • An agent who becomes available again pulls the next conversation from the wait; on finishing, the queue already offers the following one.

11/08/2026 — Channel cards of the chatt2.me Hub

New: each channel got a card with connection state, identifier and actions — the day-to-day path to diagnosis.

12/08/2026 and 13/08/2026 — Instagram enters service

New: Instagram Direct as a real channel, end to end.

  • Receiving of messages and media through the Instagram webhook.
  • Sending through Instagram, with the provider's media limits.
  • Rendering of messages in the channel's standard, with link preview.

13/08/2026 and 14/08/2026 — Telegram, Messenger, web chat and notifications

New: three more channels and the new-message alert.

  • Telegram by bot token, with Telegram's own set of reactions.
  • Facebook Messenger through the Meta page.
  • Web chat embeddable in the site, with capture of the visitor's phone and e-mail.
  • Sound and desktop notification when the tab is in the background.
  • Messages marked with a star and the contact's media browser.

07/08/2026 — Conversation card, sidebar and pinned messages

New: the Inbox gained the visual reading it has today.

  • Conversation card with last message, unread counter, tags and indicators.
  • Sidebar of conversations with filters and search.
  • Pinned messages at the top of the conversation.

08/08/2026 and 10/08/2026 — Webhook lifecycle and configuration

New: explicit control over what the hub sends and how agents2.me receives it.

  • Full lifecycle of the webhooks: creation, endpoint verification, signature and failure handling.
  • Webhook configuration screen, with the result of the last event received visible on the channel.

06/08/2026 — Conversation transfer

New: pass the service to another person without losing context.

  • Transfer dialog with a choice of queue or agent and a note for the receiver.
  • Record of the transfer date and time, which feeds the service-time indicators.

05/08/2026 — Composer with emoji, GIF, sticker and voice

New: the Inbox composer became a real service tool.

  • Picker for emoji, GIF and stickers.
  • Voice recording straight in the browser, sent as an audio message.
  • Floating composer, with the draft preserved per conversation.
  • Attachments with preview before sending.

04/08/2026 — Integration with the chatt2.me Hub

New: the connection that brought the official channels into agents2.me.

  • Hub authorization per workspace and creation of the inbound and outbound webhooks.
  • Messages, delivery and read receipts started arriving in real time.
  • Basis for everything that came later in WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.

03/08/2026 — CRM contacts screen and the Inbox

New: the two screens that sustain the operation of whoever serves.

  • CRM contacts with search, filters, owner and custom fields.
  • Inbox with conversation list, conversation panel and the contact panel alongside.
  • Inbox state preserved when navigating: you go back to where you were.

01/08/2026 — Responsiveness

New: the whole app usable in the mobile browser, not just on the desktop.

  • Layout adapted for narrow screens in Inbox, CRM and settings.
  • Touch targets and navigation designed for one-handed use.
