October 2026

The month the product opened its doors to AI agents, gained the B2B side of the CRM, internal conversations, charts and AA-level accessibility.

10/10/2026 — Ad tracking

New: which Google or Meta ad each conversation came from, and whether the lead was good. Learn more.

  • One site code that tracks every WhatsApp button on the page, generated links for Google ads that go straight to WhatsApp, and automatic capture of Meta click-to-WhatsApp ads.
  • Ad badge in the header, the click in the timeline, and a required classification on finish: not qualified, qualified or sold.
  • Sales marked in the Inbox or in the CRM, never counting the same sale twice, and the Ad Attribution report. Uploading conversions to Google Ads and Meta comes in a later version.

10/10/2026 — Public documentation

New: this documentation — product guide and technical reference — published in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

  • The complete map of the product: first steps, service, CRM, campaigns, reports, channels, settings and security.
  • The reference of the AI agents: how to connect, what each tool does and how access is granted and revoked.
  • The documentation itself available as an MCP server for assistants to consult.

08/10/2026 — Entity names

New: the product started speaking your company's vocabulary.

  • Rename Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities per language, with the new name applied across the whole product, including in the sentences generated by the interface.
  • MCP tools to read and write these names.

08/10/2026 — WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility

New: an end-to-end accessibility pass, not a patch.

  • Accessible base components: dialog, combobox, multi-select, menu and color picker.
  • Keyboard navigation with visible focus, an announcement region for screen readers and skip shortcuts.
  • Notifications announced by screen reader and focus managed on screen change.

07/10/2026 — Attachments with draft, drag and drop and preview

New: sending a file stopped being a leap in the dark.

  • Attachment draft per conversation: you can drag a file to another conversation without losing what you had already prepared.
  • Drag and drop files onto the conversation in the list opens the conversation with the preview ready.
  • Preview with caption per file, bulk sending in the chosen order and a discard confirmation.
  • Local preview of PDF and sending of a recording as a voice message.

07/10/2026 — Onboarding skill

New: the first experience guided from inside the product, for the team and for the assistants.

06/10/2026 — Mentions in Agents Chat and interactive quick replies

New: talk on the inside and reply by button.

  • Mentions with @ in Agents Chat, with people search and highlight of whoever was called.
  • Interactive quick replies: buttons, Pix, boleto and payment link, with a preview faithful to what the customer sees and sending via MCP.

04/10/2026 — Accounts and opportunities, Agents Chat and charts in reports

New: three big fronts on the same day.

  • Accounts and opportunities: the B2B side of the CRM, with a sales cycle, configurable stages, owners and bulk transfer. See Accounts and opportunities.
  • Agents Chat: internal team conversations — DMs and #grupos — inside the Inbox, without anything leaving agents2.me. See Agents Chat.
  • Charts in reports: eight types (bars, columns, lines, area, doughnut, pie, funnel and heat map), with series, stacking, percentages and total. See Report Builder.

03/10/2026 — Request limits

New: explicit protection against abuse, with published numbers.

  • Limits per connection and per IP, with a standardized response on hitting them.
  • The same limits documented for those who integrate via MCP. See OAuth and security.

02/10/2026 — MCP sees view rows and media details

New: results stopped being just the summary.

  • Running a view returning the rows, respecting filters and columns.
  • Media details of a message, including audio transcription.

01/10/2026 — MCP covers the CRM, campaigns and views

New: the AI assistant started operating practically the whole product.

  • Tools for CRM contacts, accounts and opportunities, campaigns and views.
  • Coverage of the Inbox gaps: media, starred messages, notes and transfer.
  • Bulk contact import by CSV, with automatic splitting into batches and a report of rejected rows.
