September 2026
The month agents2.me stopped being an inbox and became a platform: reports, team management, campaigns and the MCP server with OAuth.
30/09/2026 — Real-time audience and MCP with OAuth
New: the Inbox started reacting to events without reloading the page, and the AI assistants gained standardized access.
- Audience by socket: conversations, presence and queues update by themselves for those with permission to see.
- MCP server with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE: assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor started operating the workspace on behalf of a user, with inherited permissions and revocation at any time. See AI agents (MCP).
26/09/2026 — Queue synchronization with the hub
New: the agents2.me queue and the hub queue started speaking the same language, including when an AI agent serves first.
25/09/2026 — Campaigns with A/B testing
New: mass sending inside the product, with audience, template and experiment.
- Campaign as a product object, with a lifecycle and editing rules per state.
- Creation wizard: audience (CSV or report), approved template, field map and scheduling.
- Campaign panel with delivery and read.
- A/B testing for message or time, with a winning criterion and duration. See Campaigns.
24/09/2026 — Contact owner and private mode
New: explicit responsibility and confidentiality per conversation.
- Contact owner, transferable individually or in bulk.
- Private mode: the conversation content, in both directions, is visible only to those with the permission to see private messages. See Whisper and private.
23/09/2026 — Block contacts and CX Score
New: two ways to protect the operation.
- Block contacts to stop abusive conversations, with history preserved.
- CX Score: evaluation of the finished conversation, available when there is an AI session on the hub.
19/09/2026 — Agent table in the queue panel
New: the panel started showing people, not just queues.
- Photo and name of the agent, conversations in progress and finished on the day.
- Average service time, average first-response time and capacity occupancy. See Live queue panel.
18/09/2026 — Standardized notifications
New: a single pattern of success and error notice across the whole product.
- Consistent confirmation and error messages, queued and accessible to a screen reader.
17/09/2026 — Self-service sign-up and mandatory MFA
New: getting into the product became easier and safer at the same time.
- Create your account on the login screen itself, with validation of tax document, terms and privacy policy.
- Mandatory MFA for administrators, applied on the server, with 6 backup codes shown only once.
- Password recovery, invite and reset moved to the same login layout.
17/09/2026 — Language selector and sign-up validation
New: Portuguese, English and Spanish on all public screens.
- Language selector at the top of the login screen, applied to login, sign-up, password recovery and invite.
- Real validation of CPF/CNPJ with a check digit and document label according to the country.
16/09/2026 — Live queue panel
New: the operation started being looked at, not asked about.
- Real-time indicators: waiting now, average wait time, online agents, active queues.
- Average wait time with color bands (green, yellow, red).
- Table per queue with distribution mode, capacity and average first-response time. See Live queue panel.
15/09/2026 — Report manager and Report Builder
New: the complete reports area, with organization, sharing and a visual editor.
- Folders with subfolders and reports, with sharing inherited by the content.
- Combinable access: specific users, the whole company or the same profile.
- Report Builder: assembly by drag and drop, with groups, columns, aggregators, filters and automatic preview. See Reports.
14/09/2026 — Mobile notifications, contact panel, scheduled templates and conversation assistant
New: four resources that changed the routine of whoever serves.
- Web Push and installable app (PWA): new-message alert even with the tab closed, with an invite to install on first access.
- Contact conversations panel: reply to a contact's conversations without leaving their record.
- Scheduled templates: schedule a WhatsApp template from the menu beside Transfer, with a countdown to sending and cancellation from the message menu.
- Conversation assistant: summary, mood thermometer and reply suggestions through the sparkle icon. See Conversation assistant.
10/09/2026 — Combinable filters and Kanban
New: the lists gained real filter logic and a board view.
- Filters with AND, OR or a custom expression, validated before saving.
- Kanban mode with grouping, sorting and totaling per column.
- List sharing per user, for everyone or per profile.
09/09/2026 — Whisper mode and the first version of the views
New: the internal conversation within the customer conversation and the engine of configurable lists.
- Whisper mode: a message that stays only for the team, including when the conversation is in the queue or with another agent. See Whisper and private.
- EntityGrid, the engine that allows assembling columns, filters, sorting and Kanban mode on any list screen. See Views.
08/09/2026 — Audit of insecure patterns
Fix: a security sweep of the product, closing patterns that were acceptable in the prototype and not in production.
- Insecure patterns removed from the backend, the settings and the deploy.
07/09/2026 — Contact notes and 360° history
New: context that stays in the right place.
- Notes on the contact record: objections, preferences, agreements — visible to the team.
- Rename the contact from the Inbox, correcting the name that came from the channel.
- 360° history of the contact gathering conversations, messages, media, notes and tags.
04/09/2026 — Finish conversation with an outcome
New: closing the service started recording the result, not just the time.
- End of service with an outcome chosen by the agent.
- Closing time feeding the duration indicators.
- Reopening of the conversation keeping the history, when the customer returns.
