agents2.me
agents2.me is an omnichannel customer service platform with a built-in mini-CRM. It brings together, in one place, all of the company's conversations — WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat, and SMS — the records of contacts and companies, sales opportunities, bulk campaigns, and operational reports.
The product is sold without per-user licensing: the company subscribes to the workspace and invites as many agents as it needs.
Who this documentation is for
- Agents and supervisors — how to use the Inbox, queues, templates, and CRM day to day.
- Administrators — how to configure channels, users, access roles, security, and custom fields.
- Technical teams and AI agents — how to connect assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others) to the workspace via MCP, with OAuth 2.1.
How it's organized

- Support — the Inbox, queues and distribution, messages, whisper and private mode, Agents Chat (internal team conversations), templates, and the live queue dashboard.
- CRM — contacts, accounts, opportunities, and custom fields.
- Campaigns — bulk sends with audience, template, scheduling, and A/B testing.
- Reports — the report manager and the Report Builder.
- Channels — what each channel supports and how to configure it.
- Settings — users, roles, security, and workspace adjustments.
- AI agents (MCP) — the technical reference for the agents2.me MCP server.
- Troubleshooting — the most common errors and how to resolve them.
