MCP tools
The MCP server exposes tools grouped by product area. The list below is the reading reference; the authoritative list is the one the server returns to your client (tools/list) — it varies according to your profile and the features enabled in the company.
A tool outside your profile simply doesn't appear: there is no call that bypasses the permission.

Errors and what to do
Rejections come with a fix hint in text, in addition to the code. Some examples:
| Code | Hint |
|---|---|
session_assigned_to_other | The conversation belongs to someone else — call take_conversation first |
session_expired_template_required | 24-hour window closed — use list_templates and send_template |
session_closed | Finished conversation — use reopen_conversation |
unknown_tag | The tag doesn't exist — check with the tag listing |
too_many_rows | Split into batches of up to 5,000 contacts |
validation_error | The fields with problems come in the error detail |
The code catalog is the same one used by the internal API — the assistant receives the instruction, not just the failure.
