Account creation
Sign-up is self-service: you don't need to talk to sales to get started.
1. Create the workspace
On the login screen, click Create your account and fill in:
| Field | Note |
|---|---|
| Company name | Appears in the workspace and in the emails sent to the team |
| Country | Defines the masks and the validation of the tax document |
| Tax document (CNPJ/CPF or Tax Id) | Validated with a check digit when the country is Brazil |
| Time zone and language | Pre-filled from the browser; affect dates and reports |
| Name and email | Details of the first administrator |
- Check the acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- Confirm the sign-up.
- You receive a welcome email with the link to accept the invite and set your password.
The login screen has a language selector (Portuguese, English, Spanish) stored in a cookie and also applied to the registration, password recovery, invite, and legal terms screens.
2. Set the password
The link in the email leads to the set password screen, within the same login layout. The password is stored with a bcrypt hash; no one at Soublox can read it.
3. Configure MFA (administrators)
Users with protected roles — currently, Administrator — are required to configure two-factor authentication on the first login. This is not just a UI rule: the API rejects the session until MFA is active, and in the case of an existing administrator, the requirement takes effect on the next login.
- Read the QR Code in the authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password…).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Save the 6 backup codes shown only once — they replace the app code if you lose your phone. Generating new ones invalidates the previous ones.

4. Next steps
- Invite the team and define the access roles.
- Connect a channel to start receiving conversations.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot my password on the login screen. The reset email arrives in the language chosen by the user, and the link expires — if it expires, just request another one.
